Job Description
As a Trainee at Wipro, you will:
- Configure and test Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) system based on client requirements.
- Use proprietary tools to set up and configure system parameters.
- Prepare test cases, generate test data, and execute testing activities under the guidance of a Systems Analyst.
- Work in an entry-level role focusing on programming, systems configuration, and testing.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Wipro Off Campus Drive 2024, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: BE/BTech (CSE, IT, ECE) or MCA
- Graduation Year: 2024 only
- Academic Requirements: Minimum 60% in your current degree with no backlogs up to the 7th semester.
- Service Agreement: 12 months
Shift Timings:
- 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (based on business requirements)
Skills Required
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and mainframes
- Proficiency in SQL (simple and complex queries)
- Familiarity with automation testing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of relational database concepts
Communication and Excellence:
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Team player with a self-motivated attitude
