Job Description
In the Analyst role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Documentation: Creation, modification, and revision of technical manuals across various domains.
- Impact Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis based on engineering change requests.
- Regulatory Compliance: Researching and ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory standards.
- Project Tools Management: Utilizing Capgemini’s project tools to manage and update workflow statuses.
- Quality Assurance: Performing rejection analysis, participating in knowledge-sharing sessions, and maintaining high-quality KPIs.
- Peer-Reviews: Engaging in peer-review cycles to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Illustration Support: Visualizing and creating mark-ups, images, and additional instructions for illustrators as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: Must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree specializing in Aeronautics or Aerospace.
- Graduation Year: Candidates from the 2023 and 2024 batches.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs allowed during the application process or at the time of joining.

Assessment Process

- Assessment 1: English MCQ + Cognitive Assessment
- Note: Clearing this assessment depends on the score achieved in each module.
