💼 Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive at Tech Mahindra, you will:
✔ Handle customer queries and support requests
✔ Work in a voice-based process (Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil & English)
✔ Assist customers in resolving issues effectively
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
✔ Work in rotational shifts (6 days a week)
✅ Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

✔ Experience: Freshers (0-2 years) are eligible
✔ Languages Required: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam & English

- 6 working days with 1 rotational off
- Male employees: Late-night shifts (drop available if shift ends between 10 PM – 12 AM within a 15 KM radius)
- Female employees: Logout by 8-10 PM or earlier
✔ Location: Chennai (No work-from-home option)
